Our Return Policy and Address Correction
Please inspect your shipping address. UPS charges $6.00 for address corrections. If we're charge that fee by UPS for your error we'll charged you the address correction fee which was imposed on us. All packages are inspected at least 2 times before package is shipped. All items leave our warehouse in good condition. Due to the nature of our products, we accept NO returns. EXCHANGES ONLY on damaged goods, errors or with approval of Scentsations Incense. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package. After which all damaged or return item (s ) must be returned with all receipts and invoices, in the same condition as received to the following address P.O. Box 442 buckeye, Arizona 85326 within 7 business days of delivery and approval. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. You can reuse the original shipping box. We reserves the right to refuse/discard returns after inspection of merchandise if such inspection shows that the merchandise was used/ or no physical damage visible. You may want to insure your return package. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. What is the return policy of fragrance oils?
Customer Service is our #1 priority. We do not accept returns on our fragrance, incense or perfume oils due to possibility of contamination. Purchase smaller amounts for your testing needs.

What is your shipping policy?
The standard method of shipping orders is through UPS GROUND delivery service. It is our preferred choice as a fast and very reliable shipping service worldwide. During certain circumstances we may ship USPS priority with delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation. At this time we do not offer rush or express delivery.

We offer UPS delivery insurance. In fact it is highly recommended that you insure you order. All packages up to $100 are automatically insured with aromawarehouse.com & UPS at no additional charge.

How long does it take my order to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1-2 working days after receipt of payment or authorization notification from our internet merchant. It would then be shipped via UPS GROUND.
Total delivery time is estimated at 3-10 business days depending on size of order, products ordered, holiday seasons, and delivery location.

Do I need someone to sign for my order?
Yes, Please note that for all shipping (including orders outside of the US), signatures are required for delivery of packages, so please ensure that someone is at your home or office to receive your package. This method allows us to reduce the number of credit card frauds on the Internet and to protect you, our loyal customer.
**Items CAN NOT be delivered to addresses if no one is there to sign the proof of delivery as required by our shipping provider.**

My order was damaged - What do I do?
We inspect all packages before shipping. There are times that packages get damaged in transit. We require you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us any problems with delivery. Please contact us
Notify us immediately within 24 hours. We will then make the necessary arrangements to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal Payments. We no longer accept money orders. If you mail a money order, it may be discarded or returned at our discretion. Back to Top
How to dip my own incense sticks at home?
Yes, the instructions listed are a general guideline and may vary depending on equipment used and level of strength desired.
Dipping incense is actually a very easy process and does not take a lot of effert to get started. You'll need some unscented punks that you could purchase click here, you also need fragrance of your choice and diproplyene glycol to prevent the black smoke caused by burning natural incense.
home. A metal pan or one of those toss away type metal containers, something to lift the incense if you don't want to use your hands or glove if you choose to lift by hand. Thats really all you'll need.
1. You'll mix your dpg and fragrance together in the pan. We also mix 70/30 but you could play in this area to get the desired results and strenght. Remember have fun. There is no right or wrong way. If your sticks are not strong enough add more fragrance and vice versa.
2. You submerge your incense for upto 24 hours. You may have to rotate the sticks if you don't have enough oil in your pan. Just make sure they are wet throughout.
3. After your incense has soak for about a day, lift and allow to dry some and bag. Give out to friends or sell. Just have a good time and enjoy.

Why my incense did not include 100 sticks?
All incense sticks are measured by weight. There are approximately 90-100 sticks per bundle.
